PATTI RAYNER

CEO / Co-Founder

Patti Rayner has worked tirelessly with hundreds of thousands of people in the area of individual and community service for more than 35 years. Her primary focus has been to bring awareness, support and resources to both national and international communities of the less fortunate and the underserved.

In 1979 Patti co-founded the Heartfelt Foundation, a non-profit with a mission of assisting those with the greatest need: the homeless, fragile families falling through the cracks, individuals in disaster areas across the globe, fragile elderly, and abused youth, to name some of the constituencies served. Heartfelt also taught and modeled community service in Africa, Europe and South America.

The recipient of numerous awards, including the Rosa Parks Award, two Presidential Service Award nominations, and a commendation from the Mayor and the City of Los Angeles, Patti has been honored and celebrated locally and nationally for her ongoing, profound commitment to assisting the underserved, as well as for developing experiential service education for those wishing to make a difference.

She remains passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those in need, and her vision has led her to co-found Hands and Hands of Hope Foundation with her son, Michael Hubbard. This new foundation is creating innovative programs to provide hands-on, heart-based outreach to those who might otherwise remain forgotten and invisible, while providing volunteers with the opportunity to experience the powerful, transformational nature of service through Service Education programs.

MICHAEL HUBBARD

President / Co-Founder

Michael Hubbard began his career at the William Morris Agency, where he worked with power agents and helped build careers of A-list talent Julia Roberts, Tim Robbins, Kevin Costner, Denzel Washington and Patrick Dempsey. As head of the Entertainment & Management division of Artists & Athletes International, he personally signed and represented over 30 film and television artists. Michael went on to co-found Gotham Entertainment, where he produced successful feature films and TV pilots. He also co-founded Bright Entertainment, where he developed and produced positive entertainment content. He continues to develop uplifting film and TV projects.

Throughout his life, Michael has been consistently involved in community service outreach as an essential part of his life’s purpose. He has served on the Board of The Semans Art Fund (2006–2015), which gives scholarships and grants to the students and deans at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. He was also a founding member of the Service Board of the Heartfelt Foundation (2000–2016).

Now, as co-founder of the Hands and Hearts of Hope Foundation, with his mother, Patti Rayner, Michael remains dedicated to serving those in need and to bringing essential resources into the communities of the forgotten and underserved.
